- Seedless grapes Vale da Rosa
- bell pepper
- goat’s cheese
Preheat the oven to 200º. Season the bread with olive oil, salt and pepper. Take it to roast in the oven.
Put in a medium size bowl the seedless grapes. Season them with olive oil and rosemary. Take them to the oven.
Chop the nuts. Spread the bread with the goat cheese. Put the grapes, nuts and more rosemary on top of the cheese.
If you find it necessary sprinkle with a little more olive oil!
