SEEDLESS GRAPES BALLS WITH GOAT CHEESE AND PISTACHIOSmartim
- Choose Vale da Rosa seedless grapes (black or white, as you wish)
- Wash and dry them well
- Wrap the grapes in pieces of goat cheese
- Run a trickle of honey through these balls
- Roll them on a plate of chopped pistachios
- Cut the balls in half
Refrigerate until serving.
